Creating an Audit Record #

  1. Select + on the toolbar.
  2. Enter the audit details:
    • Audit Name – the name of the audit (e.g., “ISO 27001 Surveillance Audit 2026”).
    • Audit Identifier – a unique reference code for the audit.
    • Objective – the purpose and goals of the audit.
    • Audit Standard – the framework or standard being audited against.
    • Start Date – when the audit begins.
    • End Date – when the audit is scheduled to conclude.
  3. As audit findings are identified, add them as sub-records linked to the audit.

Tracking Findings #

For each audit finding, record:

  • Finding Title and Description.
  • Severity – based on your organization’s configured risk levels.
  • Status – Open, In Remediation, or Closed.

Tip: Link audit findings to existing Risk Register entries or Controls to maintain traceability between audit results and your organization’s risk and control posture.
