ClearGRC provides reporting capabilities through the GRC Executive Dashboard and through export controls available on each module’s inventory screen.
GRC Executive Dashboard #
The primary reporting surface in ClearGRC is the GRC Executive Dashboard (Home screen), which provides real-time aggregated metrics across all modules:
- GRC Maturity Score, Risk Exposure, Compliance Status, Setup Progress.
- Active Risks trend chart, Top 5 Highest Risks table, Risk Distribution by Category.
- Compliance Gaps, Exception Trends, Policies Due for Review, Upcoming Assessments.
- Action Center with Urgent Actions, Overdue Items, Upcoming Deadlines, and Recommendations.
Use the Export control at the top right of the dashboard to download the current dashboard view.

Module-Level Exports #
Every inventory screen in ClearGRC includes an Export option in the toolbar or More menu. This exports the current filtered list to Excel:
- Policy Center ? More ? Export
- Risk Register ? Export
- Vulnerability Inventory ? Export
- Assessment Inventory ? Export
- And all other module inventory screens.
Assessment Comparison Report #
From any Assessment Inventory screen, use the Compare control to generate a side-by-side comparison of up to three assessments. The comparison can be downloaded as a PDF report.
Cross Reference Report #
The Compliance ? Cross Reference tool generates a framework coverage mapping report showing how much of one authority document’s requirements are satisfied by another. See Cross Reference for details.
